Chapati!!!

A simple and super fun recipe to make with the kids!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋 1 cup wholemeal spelt flour
🍋 1 cup of chickpea flour
🍋 1 cup of water
🍋 Dressing: a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, and cumin.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preparation:
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and knead with your hands. Gradually add more flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Divide the dough into small balls. Sprinkle a surface with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. In a frying pan – over high heat – place the chapati until air bubbles begin to form. Flip the chapati and cook a little longer. Serve immediately while still warm.
