The other day we made sweet potato waffles and Benjamin complained that we didn't have anything "sweet" to put on them... We took a deep breath and replied that we had several options: pumpkin jam, fig jam, honey, brown sugar or cinnamon... Very good! 🙃

He wasn't happy and blurted out, "Can we buy Nutella one of these days?"... And I replied, "Why don't you make some homemade Nutella in a jiffy? We have hazelnut spread..." 🤪 And so it was! It turned out really good! 😋

Here is the recipe for our Benjitella:
-4 c. hazelnut paste soup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-2 tbsp of ChocoKids (recipe in the "Snacks" highlights!)
-Rice or Coconut Drink (as needed)
Mix the hazelnut paste with the ChocoKids and gradually add the plant-based milk until you reach the desired consistency. Et voilà! 🤩
